By now most of us have heard of the TSA revisions to the travel rules but they are still reporting on the news that there are huge delays and of course they are expected to get out of hand for holiday travel
So, in an effort to help make your airport passage smooth sailing, here is a summary.
Travelers may now carry through security checkpoints travel-size toiletries, 3 ounces or less, that fit comfortably in 1 Quart Size Zipper Seal Bag.
- After clearing security, travelers can now bring beverages and other items purchased in the secure boarding area onto the aircraft.
- At the checkpoint travelers will have to remove the zippped bag of liquids from your carry on and place it in a bin or on the conveyor belt. Larger amounts of prescription liquid meds and baby formula must be declared at the checkpoint.
And while I am at it, I thought I would share some of my favorite products (in their travel size versions) with you all.
This Nivea Creme will keep the cabin dryness at bay.
And of course there is nothing worse than "flight breath", so please take a good swisher like the Peppermint Tom's of Maine Mouthwash.
